Michigan Caselaw, Court Rules and Procedure

This collection is comprised of resources developed and produced by the judicial branch of Michigan state government.  Materials include primary authority such as court decisions, orders and rules, as well as secondary material developed to aid judges and other judicial officials in implementing court procedures. Many documents help to provide summaries of major areas of Michigan law, as well as overviews of state court organization and functions.
